How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details.

Your parcel is on its way to you.
Click the link in this shipping confirmation email directly and it will track your order for you.

What is your delivery time on my order?

Please allow approximately 4-6 days for New Zealand wide delivery on in stock items. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an approximate delivery date at which time you can accept or cancel your order.   

Here at StevieLicksx® we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, however the delivery time outlined above is an approximate timeframe and we cannot accept responsibilities for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Covid-19, strikes, natural disasters, custom clearance or government enforcements).

How do I return/exchange my item(s)? 

You can make your return, exchange or refund request to hello@stevielicksx.com 

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 7 days of purchase.   

Full priced products can be returned or exchanged providing it's in a saleable condition. If you intend to return or exchange an item: 

 

  • Please ensure that all tags and packaging are still attached. 
  • Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used. 
  • StevieLicksx cannot accept returns on any perishable goods or food products

Can I return or exchange a SALE item? 

StevieLicksx® cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards so please choose carefully.

What countries do StevieLicksx® currently ship to? 

Currently StevieLicksx® ships to New Zealand and Australia only
