Shipping Policy

Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. We make every effort to get all online courier orders received before 12pm dispatched the same day, however in the event of a busy period this may take up to 1-2 business days.

Please Note:
During the festive season orders may take up to 3 business days to dispatch and there may be delays in shipping that is out of our hands. Please allow a further 3 business days for shipping during the Christmas/New Year period. 

Currently we only ship to New Zealand and Australia. If you live outside of these countries and would like to order from us, please send us an email with your address and the items you’re after and we can do you a custom quote. (Any taxes or duty incurred on arrival are solely the responsibility of the customer). 

Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O Boxes.


Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery to Beachlands and Maraitai Auckland 2018.


New Zealand
We offer free shipping on New Zealand orders over $200*, however this doesn’t extend
to some bulkier items (this is noted on the descriptions of those items).

For all NZ orders under $200 a $10 courier delivery rate will apply, upto 2kgs Nationwide, Auckland deliveries upto (Non Rural).
Over 2kg your shipping fee will be determined by the total weight of your order
and delivery destination, this will be calculated at checkout.

Australia
We ship to Australia by using one of our trusted Couriers. All items shipped will be track and traced. Delivery times are estimated between 3-14 Days.

For all orders under 2kg a $35 Flat rate will apply. For bulky, heavy items over 2kg we may contact you after you've place your order with additional freight charges. This would be an additional charge to the $35 shipping charge and after providing a quote should you decide not to pay the additional cost, you may cancel the order.

Delivery Delays
Here at StevieLicksx® we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, however the delivery times outlined above are approximate timeframes and we cannot accept responsibilities for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Covid-19, strikes, natural disasters,
custom clearance or government enforcements). 

Tracking
To check the status of your order, follow the link in your tracking confirmation email. If you didn't receive your tracking number, please get in touch at hello@stevielicksx.com
