Returns Policy

We at StevieLicksx® love that you have purchased from us, but if your purchase is damaged or incorrect please email us to organise a return within 7 days of receiving the product/s, provided that the product/s are in their original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging/tags.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery of your items.

We recommend returning all parcels via a traceable method to ensure they arrive within the
timeframe and your preferred outcome can be actioned.

Please note StevieLicksx® does not take responsibility for any items
lost in the process of returning them to us.

Full Priced Items:
For full priced items we will either exchange or replace it.
We are under no obligation to refund due to change of mind. We are unable to accept returns of opened food items, perishables or deli products.

Sale Items:
Sale stock and discounted purchases cannot be returned, they are final sale only. In the case of faulty goods, we can either send out a brand new item as a replacement or offer a full refund. We try our best to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, but on the rare occasion that something does go wrong we’ll do all we can to rectify the problem.

Once we receive your return back we will examine the returned goods and process the refund or exchange. In the case of faulty or defective items, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used to place the order.

If you believe your parcel was damaged in transit please notify us immediately.
Please retain the damaged product and its packaging as we may need proof to claim the
cost of the item and postage from the shipping company.

Please note:
We will refund the cost of the item/s returned once received by us.
A refund of the original delivery charge and charge for returning will only be given
in the case of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods once all items are received by us.
