Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched same day, with up to 1–2 business days during busy periods and 3 business days during the festive season.
We currently ship to New Zealand only (no P.O. Boxes).
New Zealand shipping rates:
- Free shipping on orders over $200 (some bulkier items excluded)
- Orders under $200: $10 courier rate (up to 2kg, Auckland non-rural)
- Orders over 2kg: weight-based rate calculated at checkout
- Free local delivery to Beachlands and Maraetai, Auckland
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days. Tracking details provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
