How long will my order take? Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. NZ delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Tracking details are sent via email once dispatched.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping on all NZ orders over $200 (some bulkier items excluded). Free local delivery to Beachlands and Maraetai, Auckland.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy? Please refer to our full Returns Policy for details. In summary: damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days; exchanges accepted within 14 days; sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange? Email hello@stevielicksx.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.
