At StevieLicksx®, we take pride in the quality of every product we curate. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
Damaged or incorrect items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@stevielicksx.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Change of mind We do not offer refunds for change of mind on full-priced items — exchange or store credit only, subject to the conditions above.
Sale items All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.
Faulty items If your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement or full refund via your original payment method.
How to return
- Email hello@stevielicksx.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days
Return shipping Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
