TROOPETS is proud to boldly use a range of premium quality essential oils and extracts in these products to take the best care of your fur baby’s hair and skin. Troopets genuinely wants nothing but the best for our pets, and naturally, for ourselves.

The key ingredients in this range like Eucalyptus essential oil, Citronella essential oil, Australian Tea Tree oil, Peppermint oil, Spike Lavender oil, Matricaria Flower Extract and Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract provide a great refreshing, nourishing and natural flea repelling result.

APPLY: Use Balancing Eucalyptus Dog Shampoo to cleanse your fur baby. Dilute the conditioner with water in the proportion of 1:5 (optional, but dilution will provide the best performance). Apply a dollop of the diluted conditioner onto your fur baby’s body and rub all over. Let it set for 2 minutes. Rinse with warm water until clean.

For all orders under $200 a $8 courier delivery rate will apply to the North Island with a $12 courier delivery rate to the South Island.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 7 days of purchase.

Full priced products can be returned or exchanged providing it's in a saleable condition. If you intend to return an item:

Please ensure that all tags and packaging are still attached.
Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used.
StevieLicksx® cannot accept returns on any perishable goods (food products) and custom-made orders.

Items must be returned to StevieLicksx® within 14 days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.

StevieLicksx® does not refund any shipping costs. The cost of the shipping on a returned item will be your responsibility unless the item sent is deemed to be faulty or has been sent in error by The Good Pet Home.
